Here It Is...

Sorry I've been AWOL this weekend. We had afternoon tea at The Fairmont yesterday (yum) for a combination of my Mum's birthday, Dad's retirement and Mothers Day which all happened within the space of a few days of each other! It's been hectic, plus I've been trying to put more stuff up on eBay this weekend and wasn't very organised with it, so it's been busy and a rush. I did colour my hair on...Thursday was it? I used Manic Panic Atomic Turquoise and didn't touch the ends, leaving them pink (Special Effects Atomic Pink). I haven't really had time to take decent pics of it, but here's a couple for now. The areas that were light pink from when we bleached them last time (to put the lilac on them) have turned purple with the turquoise which is really cool, because it's created this realistic ombre effect where it goes from greeny turquoise, to bluey turquoise to purple to pink. It's not how I imagined it, but I actually like the surprising way it turned out, it's like rainbow hair!My little sis is calling me Rainbow Brite, my older sis hates it "...could you not decide which colour you wanted? OMG"! I don't think it's as 'natural' looking on me as the pink (I know that sounds weird but the colour always looks like it was made for me), but I do like it and I'm getting to play around with new makeup colours yet again! What do you think? I'll try and get more pics for you later.

  1. Love it! Wish that I were that brave! Or that I could get away with it at work for that matter! I'm assuming you don't work in a dull office like me... :) x

  3. I love it!!! It's so funky, I could never dye my hair because it's ginger (I like my hair's colour in the long run and temporary dye would ruin the colour!!) so I find it fun to look at other people's dyed hair rather than doing it myself! xx
