Gorgeous new Passion frilled shoes at Topshop. Available in purple with purple heel, black with white heel or yellow with grey heel. However these baby blue numbers are the pair I'm drooling over. I love the strappy, caged effect, frills, snakeskin platform and the colour is just delicious. Although I'm not totally convinced with the harsh black heel. I would've preferred a softer shade and at £95, I'd need these shoes to be perfect.

Baby Frills
