Festive Beauty 2022: Day 2

I'm blogging past and present limited edition, Christmas beauty releases every day in the run up to Christmas. Yesterday I shared my sole buy from MAC's 2017 Snow Ball collection and today I have a beautiful palette from Too Faced. Remember to check the bottom of the post for a special discount code or free gift and head over to The Shoe Girl Diaries if Christmas Irregular Choice shoes sound appealing!
This is the stunning Too Faced Pixie Pin Ups Enchanted Eye Collection from 2010. The box reads: Peek inside this enchanted box and discover the glamorous beauty rituals of the Pixie Pin-Ups! Watch them primp and play with this treasure trove of fantasy shadows, primer, mascara and eyeliner! Learn the secrets to achieving their signature smoky, flirty and feminine eyes.
Inside the box is a sturdy palette, with a drawer that slides out. There you'll find 6 eyeshadow pans alongside mini Lava Gloss liner, Lash Injection mascara and Shadow Insurance primer.
The eyeshadows are all very light, pleasing shades, nothing remotely offensive (besides some of the names perhaps, but it wouldn't be TF without that). The two mattes, Heaven and Like A Virgin felt super soft as was Leading Lady. You have pink I Know What Boys Want, a light green in Lucky Charms and then Erotica is very similar to Like A Virgin, but with sporadic gold shimmer. Swatches as always are unedited.
The most special part of this palette though is under the magnetic flip lid above the drawer. There, a magical Pixie Pin-Up scene pops out, complete with glitter accents. It's completely over the top, but I love it.
Get the Soap & Glory Home Is Where The Spa Is (13 piece set) better than half price, reduced to £33.50 from £68. While stocks last.
