Today I bring you the last Irregular Choice Disney Princesses teasers before the full collection launches on Friday (26th July) at 12pm (UK time). The range will include all the teasers you've seen thus far for Mulan and Snow White and more! Kid styles for the first time, adults (as always, a mix of heel heights) alongside bags and accessories. The final preview today is Snow White.
Starting with a kids style which I think will be well liked. Hum A Merry Tune are a short ankle boot, similar in style to the current Little Ted or adult styles such as Big Bear or Sparkle Kingdom. We also saw a yellow Dumbo version called Big Things Start Small last year. The uppers feature a woodland scene similar to the adult Happily Ever After boots the other week, with a green 'grass' glitter toe.
The cushioned ankle is a lively looking toadstool print, which I find really fun and there's a blue metallic strip up the centre back. The heart shaped tongues feature Snow White on one foot and Grumpy on the other.
Not forgetting the other dwarfs, you have three up the outer side of each boot. Happy, Sleepy and Bashful on Snow White and Doc, Dopey and Sneezy on the Grumpy boot.
The boots have blue laces, but also an inside zip to open and close. I love how full of character and playful these are.
Whistle While You Work are a similar, slightly more grown-up version for adults. This style of pointed court shoe with hidden low heel is a style we've seen a lot of in the Disney releases over the years. The uppers this time are a stunning dark silver based glitter with coloured flecks throughout.
Like the kids boots, they have a metallic strip up the back (in turquoise) and on one toe Snow White and Grumpy on the other. I know Snow White is stunning all the time, but this particular image is just so, so beautiful, I can't stop looking at her.
You'll see the most adorable puffy glitter bow on her hairband which mirrors the detail on the round Still The Fairest bag I showed you last time. Happy, Sleepy and Bashful accompany her. While Doc, Sneezy and Dopey sit up the side of the Grumpy shoe.
Inside you'll find the same blue metallic we've previously seen in the Snow White teasers, with a cushioned heart sitting under the ball of the foot, which hasn't been as visible in the other styles. It's a cute touch. The soles are the same throughout the Princesses range with various little symbols or characters from the 6 kingdoms this collection will visit.
If you want to go all-out with your Snow White character shoes, you'll need these The Seven Dwarfs Tights. They feature images of all the dwarfs against a lilac background. IC tights are thick and reasonably stretchy, usually fitting up to a size 16 (one size).
Finally, the perfect finishing touch is the Fairest In The Land Bag. This is similar to Rainbow Thunder this season. It's a nice little size, fitting between the current belt bag style like Bella Bunny (not as small or square) and The Big Act (Dumbo) and Sundae Funday (not as large as those).
The front of the bag has a glitter finish, the same as the shoes earlier, with each of the dwarf characters around the edge, with a full body Dopey in the centre.
The bag has two main compartments and two zip closures on bright lilac metallic with turquoise metallic on the lower half and large gold glitter stars on the sides. Inside is the blue metallic lining with a zipped pocket in one half and pouch in the other side. There's a fixed short red handle on top with a longer, adjustable strap which can be clipped onto the D-rings beside the handle.
Turn the bag around and it's like a completely different item. The full size of the bag is taken up with a woodland scene from the film, with Snow White sitting amongst her animal friends. If you say "Disney" to me, this is the type of image that pops into my head. The original Disney Princess, animals and such an old fashioned, warm feeling to it. It's really lovely.
So that's your final look at some of what's coming on Friday. Like I say there's more than this and four more Disney Princesses to visit before the end of the year, though it will just be Mulan and Snow White available on Friday (I feel there's a lot of confusion over this, so I wanted to clarify). Has anything taken your fancy from what you've seen so far? I'll leave links below of all past teasers, so you can look through them if you missed any.

Oh wow, the level of detail in these is amazing - can't wait to see what everyone ends up with on Friday. Whilst Disney isn't my cup of tea, I'm really enjoying seeing what the IC team have come up with in terms of design.
ReplyDeleteI agree. I think the Mulan boots the first week are my favourite, though I love the character heel of Snow White too.
DeleteThe detail is astonishing!!
