Flashback Beauty Friday 31: Pout Bronzer Duo

Last week I shared some old limited edition No7 summer palettes for Flashback Beauty Friday and this week I have an item from now defunct boutique brand, Pout. I wrote more about the actual brand in an older post here on their eyeshadows.

Yet again the aesthetic of this product is just so beautiful. It's the Bronzer Duo in Sun Kissed & Sun Blushed and as you can see, even the outer box is pretty with this lace design, which carries over onto the round compact inside.

Only Pout could take something as bland as a bronzer and make it this cute! The bronze compact has a mirror inside and the pan is split in two with a lighter and darker side.

The back reads, "a bronzing duo with crushed pearl powder. Mix both shades with brush and apply over face for a healthy sun kissed glow or use the lighter shade to highlight and the deeper shade to sculpt."

I actually haven't used this yet, so I'm moving it to my bronzing drawer, as I didn't even know I had it! It looks quite nice and cool toned, like it won't go orange on me (fingers crossed) and I like the idea of using it as an all over bronzer or separating the shades to use alone. Do you remember the Pout blushes? I'll have to photograph them one week, they were legendary back in the day for their intense, beautiful colours and the packaging was slightly different to this, but stunning nonetheless, so I have high hopes for this.
