My sister has a lot of these Irregular Choice clutch bags, but I ordered this on launch day unsure of whether I wanted to keep it for myself or not! I realised when it arrived that as much as I loved it, it was more her than me, so she got it.
It's the larger clutch size; the size they tend to always do now. I have a blog post on all my own pouches from Irregular Choice if you want an idea of the size in hand and I also compared it to the Care Bears purse in this post. The Hug It Out Clutch is double sided. On the front you have that colourful, all-over CB print in the background with an applique partial head of Tenderheart in soft, brown fur fabric. His ears are stuffed and stick out and his nose is a plastic heart. It's really adorable.
Turn over and you have the most wonderful vintage style CB cloud print. I really love this, I was so excited to see it feature in this collection, it evokes such nostalgia for me.
This is a multi-use pouch, which can be carried as a clutch or a wrist bag using the strap provided which clips onto the side. Alternatively there's a loop on the back which can be threaded through a belt and worn as a belt bag.
The bag has a zip opening and adorable stuffed stars at the ends. Inside you'll find the bear head rainbow label with IC and CB branding and pink metallic lining.
I think the accessories were brilliant in this collection, well I thought the whole collection was brilliant, but what I'm trying to say is there wasn't a bag or purse I didn't like, they were all super.
Every time I see this pouch, I forget about the magnificent print on the back. It's amazing and i think I might even like it more than the front!
