Let's begin with Bambi and the must-have heels for me (What am I saying? This whole post is filled with must-haves). Woodland Playtime are an ankle boot featuring Bambi on one shoe and his skunk friend Flower on the other.
The boot itself has a beautiful woodland printed upper with scalloped applique 'grass' gradually darkening to black across the toe. The 'hairy' section looks so cool, because it really is believable as grass.
Dotted around the boot and heel are colourful flower embellishments.
On the right boot, you'll find a full length Bambi applique, complete with furry accents, floppy ear and butterfly on the tail, which sits upwards from the boot.
The left boot features Flower, the skunk. I'm so in love with the coy expression and super fluffy tail.
There's a little metallic scalloped edge around the top of the boot and they fasten with a zip. The inners are the same black Bambi character print we've previously seen, with the cut out butterfly detail.
As with previous teasers, the soles feature Bambi on one and Thumper on the other.
The perfect pairing for these boots is the Woodland Playtime Bag. This has become my favourite Irregular Choice bag shape.
The framed bag is split into two compartments, which close with clasps. You can see in my Thermidor review, just how big this actually opens up. There's a short fixed handle in the centre and rings either side, to clip the removable, adjustable strap if you prefer to wear this on the shoulder or across the body. Inside you'll see the pink metallic lining and there's a zipped pocket and pouch.
The sides are a beautiful lilac fur and the back features the all-over character print in black, that we've seen in the shoe linings with "Disney" and "Bambi" embroidered in gold.
The front of the bag is dominated by the woodland scene to match the boots. You have the same print, scalloped grass and embellished flowers. There's also Bambi and Flower with the same furry details as the boots.
The final Bambi teaser I have for you today, is the Forest Friend Tights.
They come in the black all-over character and floral print and I definitely want to add these to my collection.
Moving onto Dumbo and we have The Big Act shoes. These pumps are so fun!
The uppers are the same twinkly velveteen material we saw last week on the Let Your Dreams Soar bag. There's a spiked blue trim around the top of the shoe and embroidered details along the sides.
The small heel is striped metallic, the same as the Dumbo boots we saw in the first teaser. There's a gold metallic strip up the centre back with red ruffles either side.
The fronts of the shoes, show Timothy Q. Mouse, with a different expression on each foot. His feathered hat sits upwards slightly from the shoe and there's even little whiskers.
Like the other styles, these feature metallic blue lining with Timothy inside one shoe and Dumbo in the other.
The soles have circus tickets and a character on the pad of each foot.
To accompany these flats, you have The Big Act Bag. This shape was new for AW18 and I already have Poodle Oo, which I bought immediately because it was so lovely. The square shape has a short fixed handle, with a detachable, adjustable longer length strap.
The front of the bag features Timothy's head in the centre, again with whiskers and floppy ears and his hat. Behind that are layered circus tickets and rosettes with ric-rac and glitter corners.
The bag zips around the top and sides and inside there's the same blue metallic lining as on the shoes.
The back of the bag features vintage Dumbo artwork, which I truly think is just as stunning as the heavily embellished front. There's something so endearing about the Dumbo illustrations, I just love it.
Each time, I've tried to pick my favourites, but I genuinely love (and am hoping to buy) everything in this post. It's definitely a tie between Dumbo and Bambi this time. The collection will launch on Friday 26th October at 12pm (UK time), worldwide, in stores and online. Both collections will feature a mix of heels, flats, bags, tights and purses.
