Flashback Beauty Friday 22: Stila Pussycat Dolls 4 Pan
Hello lovelies, hope you're all alright. Back to Friday and our usual jaunt down memory lane with some old limited edition or discontinued beauty products. Last week I picked a No7 highlighter and this week, it's a special Stila release.

Irregular Choice Bag Collection
Post does not contain affiliate links or PR gifts.
I don't know what to call these bags, so the title is a bit vague, sorry! This is the next post in my Irregular Choice bag collection series, which has been ongoing since 2019. I haven't published a collective bag post this year, but this one is the biggest yet and I believe is the largest amount I have of one style. I think! I bought my first one, Flounder, in 2016, though the style had already been around a few years prior. I therefore tend to refer to these as the "Flounder bag style", but that's only relative to me I suppose and since The Little Mermaid launch at the end of 2019, when actual Flounder featured on bags, it's maybe a bit confusing to call them that. I suppose their shape is a little reminiscent of a doctors bag, but again with the likes of Doctor Dino, which just relaunched last week and is a different shape to this, it would maybe be confusing. I was going to title it "flap bags" but it sounded rude! They are the B107 if you're into style numbers (don't care for numbers myself). Remember when I first started these posts, I'd said I'd photographed groups of bags together previously, but by the time it came to editing them, they were outdated as I'd added more to my collection? Well these bags, were one of the culprits. Back in March 2019, I photographed all 5 of my collection (eh, oopsy) and the photos you're seeing today are as of October 2020 (I haven't added any since, phew). I can't think of another shape I have more than 12 of, so I reckon this is my biggest collection, but there are other colours out there, don't consider this the complete set.

Flashback Beauty Friday 21: No7 Vital Enlightening Highlighter Powder
Post does not contain affiliate links or PR gifted items.
Another week gone by and I haven't published any new posts other than my weekly shoe review on The Shoe Girl Diaries. This week has just been ugh. From start to finish, if it could go wrong, it has. I'm honestly done with this week already! In fairness, I am working on a big post at the moment that is very picture heavy, so it's taking time. I've been really lacking in motivation this week to tackle to it though. However, here's our weekly trip down memory lane and I don't think I've featured No7 yet. Last week, was the beautiful carousel Paul & Joe lippie and case. Going through my makeup I've been surprised by the amount of No7 items I have to be truthful. I wasn't aware I bought all that much from them, but I guess I got sucked into every limited edition release and it was likely 3 for 2 (isn't it always?!) and I probably played that game where you use a £5 voucher for whatever you're buying, only to qualify for another, so buy something else to get another voucher and so on and so on. I remember actually having to ask them not to give me another voucher one time, because it was the last day of the promotion and I'd just about bought one of everything off the stand in separate transactions, it was ridiculous. Anyway, I digress.

Flashback Beauty Friday 20: Paul & Joe Carousel Lipstick
Post does not contain affiliate links or PR gifted items.
Week 20 already, I can't believe it! Flashback Beauty Friday is a chance to reminisce about older discontinued or limited edition beauty items. I'm a lover of pretty packaging and have been collecting, as well as using makeup, for over 3 decades now, so I have quite the stash to share! Last week was the floral Clarins eyeshadow palette and today I have a lipstick and case from Paul & Joe.

Flashback Beauty Friday 19: Clarins Nature City Eyeshadow
Post does not contain affiliate links or PR gifted items.
Hope you're all well this week. I'd like to say it feels more like Spring, it looks like it some days (beautiful blue skies and sunshine), but it's been absolutely freezing. We even had a few blink and you'll miss them snow flurries this week, it's crazy! Anyway, if you're new, welcome, Flashback Beauty Friday is a fun look back at discontinued or limited edition beauty products, mainly to ogle their beautiful or strange packaging. Obviously these products are no longer available to buy, so I'm not trying to sell you anything here, I'm just sharing my extensive makeup collection that I've built up over the past few decades (yes, I'm that old). I'm a hoarder and a collector, so I struggle to throw anything away and so many of these items evoke precious memories for me and I just want to share that because maybe you too have stories attached to some of these and if not, can just enjoy looking at these beautiful things. Last week, it was the stunning (and giant!) Lancôme Bamboo Bronzer, that I've never wanted to use, another thing I have difficulty with! This week I have a cute eyeshadow palette and a gripe about packaging.

Flashback Beauty Friday 18: Lancôme Bamboo Star Bronzer
Post does not contain PR gifts or affiliate links.
A beautiful limited edition product for you this week, but first, if you missed the slightly different post from usual last week, then you can find the Urban Decay lipstick evolution here. Flashback Beauty Friday is a little reminisce each week of older, discontinued or limited edition beauty items. This week, I have the rather long titled Lancôme Star Bronzer, Limited Edition Bamboo Powder, Compact Bronzing Powder & Blush, Body and Face. Phew! It's also known as the Tropiques Mineral Bamboo Bronzer, Temptingly Bronze, but there's no mention of this on my compact (I don't have the box any longer). This launched for their Bronze Riviera (Summer 2010) collection, a time when Lancôme tended to release a new limited edition bronzing compact each year.
