Lipstick Challenge

After having a bit of a breakdown, realising I have way too much makeup and lipsticks in particular, I have started a lipstick challenge! I want to force myself to reach for neglected lipsticks and to get more than a one-day wear out of all of them. I often grab the same small group of colours, so hopefully this challenge will allow me to rectify that. There's not many rules and you're welcome to start your own similar challenge and can email me, Facebook me, comment on my blogs about which shade you're wearing or how you're getting on.

So how does the challenge work? I will be wearing one lipstick for an entire week then changing the lipstick each week. By the end of the year I should have worn 52 lipsticks! I don't expect within each week to finish (or get remotely close to finishing) any lipstick and I know using 52 lipsticks is quite modest considering the size of my collection, but it's a start. In order for me not to get bored (which I do easily when it comes to colour), I will be using different glosses or liners each day to change the look of the lipstick as much as I can, which also forces me to use my hundreds of glosses too!
