Eeek, look at these wedges. Aren't they fantastic? I really wish I could try them on to see how it feels to have a missing part under your foot. I suppose the majority of your foot has a base to rest on and the arch would naturally sit anyway and perhaps doesn't require the support you think it does. I actually think they'd be more comfortable than they look. They are Dolce & Gabbana and you can buy them here for £455.40 or you could get a similar style with full insole, for £495.88.
