Flashback Beauty Friday 67: Lancôme Juicy Tubes (Julie Verhoeven)
Post does not contain affiliate links or PR gifted items.
Last week was the awesome Shangri-La Sheers Lipstick from a limited edition BeneFit collection and today I'm sharing one of my many Juicy Tubes.
Lancôme Juicy Tubes took the beauty world by storm in the early OO's. They were the first squeezy tube lipgloss with built-in slanted applicator and came in a variety of finishes, colours, flavours and scents. I've collected many over the years (as you can see!) and one that came in special packaging, was this one illustrated by artist Julie Verhoeven in 2007. I absolutely love it.
Marshmallow Electro is a shade that's been rereleased numerous times, because it's just so pretty and anyone can wear it. In the tube it's a very pale pink with gold pearl. When swatched it's sheer (so won't leave a strange cast on darker lips), super glass-like shiny and with a gold pearl and masses of micro-glitter. Just look how sparkly and glossy it is when I tilt my hand (no colour/light edits to swatch pics).
Isn't it stunning? Do you remember this one?
