Flashback Beauty Friday 7: Dior Twist

A quick-ish one this week as I managed to delete the text and can't remember what I said the first time (hate that)! Click to see the fortune telling lipgloss last week if you missed it and another lip product today.

This is the Dior Twist, 3 Compact Lipsticks in shade 690 Rendez-Vous. Dior often take inspiration from their couture house for their makeup items, which you can see in the corset lacing detail on the lid of the compact here. The lacing is finished with "C" and "D" charms and if I remember correctly, the idea was that you could remove this lace to use as an accessory, such as a choker or bracelet (it's elasticated).

Inside you have a mirror, brush and 3 different lipstick shades; plum, purple and nude in this trio. There were other colourways and eyeshadow trios too if I'm remembering right. I think this may have been a travel exclusive, rather than a limited edition piece available on all beauty counters. I'm struggling to find information on it now and my brain is foggy!
