Festive Beauty 2022: Day 5

I'm blogging limited edition, Holiday beauty pieces every day until Christmas. Yesterday was the turn of YSL's 2017 Dazzling Lights Collection and today I have some beautiful Paul & Joe. Remember to check the bottom of the post for a special online offer and head over to The Shoe Girl Diaries for some festive Irregular Choice shoes.
Today's items make up the Paul & Joe 2021 Christmas collection. There was also a pocket mirror, which I didn't get, but I bought everything else, because, well, I pretty much buy all P&J releases. There were two prints; a blue/green floral and red gingham check with adorable cat face.
I love Paul & Joe hand creams, but they tend to only come out with the Christmas releases these days.
The gingham one is their Moisturizing Hand Cream with a fig fragrance, this has a thick, rich texture that just melts into the hands.
The floral one is their Silky Hand Cream, with a frankincense scent and this one repels water, keeping hands moisturised even after washing them. I personally prefer the thicker formula of the moisturizing one and didn't care for this fragrance.
Then we have lips products. For Holiday season our little cat silhouette has been given a makeover with the addition of a Santa hat, as if it couldn't get any more adorable!
The Lipstick Limited 010 is a festive red shade, again with a fig scent (that grew on me in the hand cream).
The other product is a Treatment Lipstick 001 (lip balm) with frankincense scent.
I was bold and swatched these babies for you today (gently)! The red lipstick can be built up, it's relatively sheer when swiped once or twice. The balm you can just about see, it's not going to give the lips colour, but a lovely nourished sheen. Swatch photos are unedited as always.
FREE Clarins Night Time Routine Set when you buy any 2 Clarins products (1 to be skincare or foundation). Gift automatically adds to basket with qualifying gifts and will not, if out of stock. While stocks last.
