No7 Sultry Nude Lipgloss
Sometimes as I'm writing these posts, I realise I may have had more than the item shown from the collection, this is one such week, but more on that later. Last time, I shared the BeneFit Black Orchid eyeshadow in I Pretended Not To Notice. I forgot to mention that I thought the shade name was weird, but in a good way. Imagine someone asking what colour you're wearing and replying "I Pretended Not To Notice"! It may not be a good descriptor for the colour, but I'm sure the name would stick in your head. This week, I'm going back to an old No7 Summer collection.  This was the limited edition No7 Sundowner collection, which launched in Summer 2011. It was to hark back to a glamorous, sultry 70's summer with metallic gold and bronze shades and palm print packaging on the likes of an eye palette, bronzer and nail polishes. It's those that ring a bell with me. There were two and they seem awfully familiar, I'm sure I had at least one. Today though, I have the No7 Sultry Nude Lipgloss which also came in Sultry Red.
2011 Summer limited edition gold lipgloss and box with palm leaf print
The outer box bears the palm leaf print in orange with gold lettering. It reads, "a moisturising gloss which glides on effortlessly to leave lips soft & with a brilliant shine."

The gloss comes in a clear round tube with black lid and gold palm print. It applies with a slanted sponge applicator.

As you can see the gloss is a soft, gold shade with shimmer. When swatched, it's really lovely, like glistening honey.
