Irregular Choice Bags

Hola chickies! I've been feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the "Black Friday" stuff this week. It wouldn't be so bad if it was a one day event, but the UK seem to have adopted a week or two of offers with a couple of weeks, pre-promotion/warning approach! My inbox has never been so full! By the time I sift through all of those and work out which places are trying to pass off old sale stock as a BF promotion and the genuine deals I may be interested in, there hasn't been much time for anything else. I had a delivery of the most gorgeous shoes and bag from Irregular Choice this week though and managed to get some photos taken (though it was practically dark, even mid-morning). I have more detailed images of the bag coming at the weekend, but thought you'd like to see all my bags I have of that style.  It was even darker this day, so the images aren't great.  Plus it's really difficult to photograph a big group of things I've realised, it always looks messy or not quite right, but at the same time you want them all in the photo because it looks good!irregular choice bags

I spoke in my Forest Fantasy post about how that is my favourite style. I do really love the shape of these ones (obviously) and the knobs and frame, but would prefer they were hand-held...they are quite big and weighty to use as a clutch and there's not really anything to hold onto, so you do need a strap or handle. The straps they used to give you, were quite long (and adjustable IIRC) but I notice it is shorter these days and a fixed length. I prefer wearing it on the shoulder to across the body (big boob problems), so the shorter version suits me better. These bags are bigger than they look online, I remember that being the initial thing that struck me when I got my first one. The Carnivale circus one will haunt me for the rest of my days, I let it get by me at the time (I wanted it, but couldn't afford it), so I'm always on the lookout for that at a reasonable price.  It very rarely pops up and on the whole, these shaped bags seem to be really sought after, so if you don't get them at the time, you might struggle.   irregular choice handbags
The new addition is the swan on the top, called Swan Lake. It's absolutely stunning, but I'll try and contain that for my next post...squeeeal!irregular choice swan lake bag
I have two deer bags, both called Deery Me. The cream one was the original, then the deer print one coincided with the fawn heel release to match the Cherry Deer shoes. irregular choice deery me bag irregular choice deery me deer bag
I also have two unicorns, both called Magic Pony. The blue paint splatter one came first (and was released alongside a similar one in cream). The floral one came after, to match the black One Who Charms unicorn heels. irregular choice magic floral bag irregular choice magic pony floral bag
Another matching pair, were my gold bunny heeled Fluffy Tail with this Magic Bunny bag. You'll note this one and the unicorns don't have the scalloped trim around the top edge of the bag. This one is completely covered in sequins with the added extra of fluffy tails on the bunnies! irregular choice magic bunny bag
Lil Lamb wasn't an exact match to any of the lamb heels, but coincided with their release and came in white or black. I bought the pale version as my lamb heels were also lighter. irregular choice lil lamb bag
I can't help but feel I've missed one out!  I'm sure an eagle eyed reader will point it out if I have!  They are dotted all around my shoe room at the minute, after I ousted them from their display cabinet because I needed the space for shoes instead!  Speaking of, the shoe room has come to a halt really.  Everything is in and the Irregular Choice side is mostly sorted, but there's still loads of shoes on the floor and as I changed the way I was displaying them, it meant I have less room than I first thought and nobody has time to help me out with it and we're all kinda scunnered now.  I accidentally deleted the second part of my series of posts on how it was working out...so am inwardly still seething about that and haven't mustered up the motivation to re-write it for you.  It'll happen sometime!  Anyway, look out for my Swan Lake bag post coming this weekend and what do you think of my collection so far?

  4. Oh, the swans are lovely. I've been in the process of moving everything out of my shoe room for the shelves and I've found so many bags and shoes I'd completely forgotten I owned.
